Nebraska Searches for a Drug and Alcohol Rehab Program
Residents of the state of Nebraska are desperately searching for a successful drug and alcohol rehab program. In 2008, out of all traffic fatalities, 27% involved a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of 0.08 or higher, according to the 2008 Nebraska Drunk Driving Statistics. Alcohol and drug addiction has become a major problem in Nebraska and seems to be on the rise. During 2007, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) reported making 132 arrests for drug violations in Nebraska, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration 2008 Nebraska Factsheet.
